Make art, make friends, make a difference

All artists are welcome in the Salons. Bring your pottery, poems, website, music, nails, or whatever you are working on to these creative cauldrons. Salons are interactive, social, and artistic, but no previous experience with traditional arts is necessary. If you are feeling stuck or blocked, dissolve into the Moon Salon, if you are feeling ready to get feedback and push your craft, step into the Sun Salon. Each Salon is a Creative deep dive with a small collection of other passionate makers where you will have the opportunity to expand your skills and your abilities to work with others.

Crafting a life of meaning

Salons balance the needs of individual project work, self-care and social creation. Circles are held every other week for showcasing, receiving feedback, and finding solutions to your most stubborn creative blocks. Both Salons feature opportunities to work collaboratively or alone as well as give dynamic feedback to others. Come ready to make good art (in whatever medium you choose), make good comments, and leave with good friends.

Feeling shy?

Your safety is my priority too. Please also feel free to specify your pronouns up front.

What happens between calls?

You can reach me by email for between-calls support. Each participant also receives one special 30-minute SOS call to use at any point during the container. The SOS call offer expires with the closing Salon call.

Don’t know if you’re artsy enough?

You can work on a project already in motion or find a fresh way to express yourself with the group. We’ll make space for creativity, embodied self-expression, coaching, socializing, and feedback.

What about live circles in real life?

I love live, in-person work and I’m gathering a list of interest for live events on Oʻahu. If you are local and interested, reach out and I will get you on my founders list.

07Bonus: 30-minute SOS Call

Support when you need it

Salon members are invited to schedule a 30-minute 1:1 SOS call with Ella at any point during the Salon container. Bring a question, a block, or a next step you’d like help finding.

Access ends after the closing Salon call.

*One personal SOS call per Salon member; schedule it before the closing Salon call.

Enjoy every moment

Coaching can support wellbeing. It is not therapy or clinical treatment. If your mental health relies on medication or clinical care, please keep that care alongside the circle.

The Salons run on a few simple agreements. In circle, we:

  • allow ourselves to do things wrong
  • take turns and share with intention
  • tell only our own stories
  • stay curious
  • trust each person to be their own authority

What is shared in circle stays in circle. Between calls, participants have email support and a special 30-minute SOS call that can be used any time during the container. The SOS call offer expires with the closing Salon call.
